The Vicious Circle

When do we feel that the work we are doing is not justified for that moment? Just answer this question for yourself. Think about the specific incidents for two minutes. What do we think our approach should be to tackle such situations?
What do we work for? Everyone has a dream of his happy world. Everyone has something or the other messed up in his life which he hides from his others*. We are all taught from our childhood that hard work always pays. Indeed it does but what we must understand is its correct extent. This world is undoubtedly becoming more and more competitive each day. We can’t sit back; but there’s no need for us to work all out too(except certain instances). There is a false sense of supremacy being generated by other players (of our field) in the market. Make sure that our moves are only those which proceed towards our aim rather than being duplication of our hypothetical opponent who rather is our best companion. I call him the best companion as he is our ‘idea generating machine’, we can sit back and relax if we have 3-4 such companions, we just have make the decisions of the ideas to be implemented. Let the excessive sincerity in us vanish.
Another thing, don’t sustain ourselves from the small joyful incidents coming our way. We must know our own limits very well, that’s the key. If we think we can enjoy the moment just don’t miss the opportunity unless and until it doesn’t make us feel that we are not doing justice to our soul. Half measures are awful. Don’t do anything keeping in consideration what image it is going to leave. Try and stay away from the limelight of fame, don’t let those rays reach you; they might just cause malfunctioning of our system.
Start working for present as soon as we find a foundation to ourselves. Thinking big for life ahead may actually scrap off a part of our life which we can never retain no matter what we are in present. I am not saying not to be ambitious but, the route to get the things should not cause sacrifices at each step. Sacrifices should stop at the foundation level itself. Only then we would find ourselves in our happy universe.
Remove all insecure feelings for ever.

It’s my way of living!!!

It was a Friday assembly. The principle of my school Mrs. Lumba was addressing young students (students of class 1st – 5th). She made a remarkable dialogue there “Children, all men are made up of the same matter; they have equal abilities more or less. The thing that differentiates between a looser and a successful person is his focus towards things and how well planed he is. Try and find out your aim and pave the path to achieve it.”
Years have past by but I am still following those lines. As everyone, my life has been influenced by my mother, sister, grand ma, teachers and many friends. The entire credit of what ever I achieve in my life would go to them. Not being emotional any further let me explain what exactly should be the strategy followed by a person to achieve his aims.
We must have a vision. We must know what we want to achieve in long run. Path to success is always a difficult one. Determination to achieve anything should be very high. There are many people around who mock at you and some people even to motivate you.Identify your mistakes and make an effort to improve it.
Success is a step by step process. After achieving the targets of the first step, you shouldn’t think your work is done. Supposedly the first step is the toughest one. Once a man achieves it he gets a feeling that the path ahead is easy, but that’s not the case. Once we are through the first step, although it’s true that we have differentiated our self, but our aim is still far ahead. We must have a clear focus towards our goal and should plan our moves towards it. Our 100% input in right direction is required. Although no one has ever died of hard work but why take a risk. Don’t over do yourself blindly. Wait for the right time and sequence to deliver your best. Each step towards your target is equally tough. Never loose your focus. You must be prepared to work throughout rather than finding shortcuts. Only such moves can give you a satisfied happy life.
We are not week in any respect. We don’t lack anything; it’s only that because we have been unaware or careless about certain activity in the past that we lack behind in certain areas. Try and cope up with others if desired in such areas. Friends are of great assistance at such times. Learn things they excel in. Show enough optimism towards your goals.
Our ways of thinking matters a lot. Some people are always gloomy. They think them selves to be incapable; they keep appreciating others in their trade no matter how good or bad they are. Stay away from such notions and try to avoid such a habit. There are waves traveling in human blood. These waves may be of two kinds - +ve or –ve. It is our way of thinking that decides the flow of these waves. If we are enthusiastic about things then a positive current flows in our body giving us the energy to work. On the same hand if we are skeptic in our approach, our body would never give us the required efficiency to do the work. Thinking does matter a lot. Don’t ever think in a manner that puts you on the back foot. Identify your mistakes and work on them rather than creating a feeling of inferiority amongst you.
What makes us successful? Is it our hard work? No, it is the inputs given by others in our life. No human can achieve anything on his own. Try and identify the guys who are giving such a great assistance to you. Never dream to hurt such person. Always be ready to help such guys. They are your relatives in real sense.

Let the nine sisters make merry

Inspired by the thoughts of Antto Jacob I will try and put forward my views on the present degrading environmental conditions. Jacob sir was one of the best teachers of my school(SEEDLING),though some of my class mates at school might complain about the trades he got indulged with during his last days in seedling but i still personally believe that his teaching skills were unmatched .I don't know whether he would be able to read this article or not but I dedicate this article to him.

Once there lived a planet earth with her eight sisters, earth being the most beautiful of all was blessed with lovely green and blue clothing. God impressed by the girl's beauty blessed her with a baby - LIFE. Earth overwhelmed by God's gift thought to nurture her gift in a most precious manner. She made all efforts to make her baby 'grow to bloom' and attain new heights in her life. Earth made all efforts to make sure that life covered all solid masses on her in one form or the other and gave all her creations the potential to adapt to the situations. Earth was such a perfectionist that she created God himself to flourish in huge numbers...........but then this was the mark where she made a mistake. Life had now become so powerful that it could cause the destruction of her mother nature itself. The danger game had just begun....
Nature has provided man with all resources that he required to flourish. Man yet unsatisfied by his standard of living had an urge within to demarcate his supremacy over nature and others of his own kind. Eventually a race began within the human race, among homo sapiens-the intelligent ones. This started with an idea of cultivation, then the industrialization and eventually has entered into the age of information. Bio-informatics & biotechnologies are yet another prospects entering the future at a much rapid rate then ever before. What has happened in the entire process is a development on the basis of other entities of nature. Many flora and fauna have merely become instinct due to lack of habitat. The atmosphere, lithosphere and the hydrosphere are polluted to an extent that there natural cleansing actions have failed to repair the damage causing irreversible changes. The ultimate sufferer is going to be mankind himself. We are soon going to run out of unconventional resources
The theory that can be concluded here is development is a must, it should take place but it should be taken care that what are the mottos for development. Rather than developing just to impose supremacy over other creatures of our own breed, we should try and achieve the ultimate aim. The aim is not about being developed, under-developed or developing. The aim is how well you are living, given the limited amount of resources. Don’t try and cross that barrier of resources, its going to lead to degradation in long run. Let’s make the things a bit more clear. Different civilizations today have a different economic structure. They work as per the general notion of people or as per the ideas of the figurative dictator. This has led to a competition between various economies causing suppression of economies requiring developments in basic areas of growth. Indian nuclear program is also an example of the same fact. India needed a nuclear bomb not just for self defence but also to have an upper hand among various competitors. Such things suppress the growth of an economy.
Enhancing towards mutual welfare is only possible if we negotiate with our resources and keep in mind that it’s not just about our lives, but about 100s of generations yet to come on the earth's crust.Let the mother earth be proud of us.

Advertizing- a necessary evil

This topic was suggested by Mukul Dixit ,our English teacher at PT, as one of the most repeated topics in GDs .Although he suggests many topics, but this was the topic which influenced me to write.
Advertising industry has lost its social morals and business ethics. The cut throat competition in the corporate world has affected the advertising industry in recent times. Instead of advertising the product, ads are emphasizing on the superiority of the product over other players in the market. False research reports (of labs) are being shown in the ads fooling ignorant people. Although the fact cannot be denied that it has been just due the competition between various production houses which has enabled domestic customers to get quality products; but the policy of imposing supremacy over one other has rather confused the masses. For example, if a common man goes to buy a packet of detergent; the probability of him picking up the product X which actually suits his need is low because he's so much influenced by the products A & B that he can't think of any third detergent except them .So ,although the companies have worked on all different segments as per the public demand and have started supplying all different quality of products but we are still seeing that the consumers in search of those products are not still getting them. Advertising industry should understand this fundamental flaw and work for mutual benefit of the people and the production houses. They should ensure that the ads don't mislead the masses and should make the masses go for what they actually desire. This policy would not only lead to customer satisfaction but also give rise to brand building. People would start trusting the various products and not just rely on the ancient "try and check" method.
Advertising which initially was product eccentric has now become a tool to fool the customers. Long ads are being shown on television which end without showing a glimpse of the product. Some ads are so sophisticated that a layman can't understand them. Moreover there are ads which purely entice the masses by means of female models. Cigarettes are sold on the context of company sponsoring bravery awards. Alcohol is advertised in the name of sports accessories, mineral water and what not. Such a practice has made people loose their faith in ethics of the company's marketing policies. Advertising industry if does not put control on such marketing policies of various companies, it might suffer a loss in its business due to lack of influence on public.
