The Big Plan

 Well, after 12 long years working at Colgate ; I finally got a new Job in HUL. The new job has been keeping me super busy these days and never thought working in a Shampoo company can be so taxing. While the idea of joining was way straight forward, to kill 7-8 years of professional life in a chill FMCG environment even at flat salary; it is going bonkers here. All directors keep talking about promotions! No one hell is bothered about what is right for the organization. Each one is for himself.

I want to be doing things which are more meaningful. Which allow me to work to my full potential. Give space to show my skills as an IITian. Have given my self a deadline of 1st Jan 2029. By then I am going to wrap up my professional life and get into enterprising. Yes ! something I always wanted to do as my older posts also speak.  I can be a good coach & supply chain person. I shall run my own complex supply chain to service heath supplements needs for my countrymen.  I shall pick up a place in Bhiwandi and start learning more about this space. That's what I aspire for and that's what I shall now start working for !

The coming time looks very exciting as Ujjwal grows and hopefully he shall be the first member of my company. I dream to make it big with him. We may eventually even manufacture our own health supplements for our Nation. Time to come looks very exciting!
